What These Terms Cover

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the ktk66 platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ktk66 (the "Operator").

These Terms & Conditions apply to all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment transactions, and any other services available on ktk66.bet. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

02Eligibility

03Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ktk66. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or under different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.

KYC Verification

04Deposits & Withdrawals

ktk66 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Operator does not charge transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Deposit Rules

Players must ensure all funds deposited on ktk66 originate from a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

• Deposited funds that have not been wagered within 180 days may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (06:00–24:00 BST). All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player within 10 minutes of submission, after which the request is locked for processing.
• Withdrawals to a different method than the original deposit are only permitted after full KYC verification.

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ktk66 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Players are advised to review the individual terms attached to each promotion before opting in.

General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonuses before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have a default expiry of 14 calendar days from the date of issuance, after which any unused bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable rollover, not as instant cash.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Duplicate bonus claims will be voided.
• ktk66 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or void any promotional offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or systematic bonus misuse.

No content from this platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ktk66.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time without notice.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ktk66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, payment delays, or inaccurate odds displayed due to system errors.

ktk66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific time period. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10Privacy & Data Protection

ktk66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 11Amendments to These Terms

It is the player's responsibility to remain informed about the current Terms. Continued use of the Platform after a posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ktk66 operates. Players agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to ktk66's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

ktk66 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as a final resolution mechanism. Class-action lawsuits against ktk66 are expressly waived by accepting these Terms.
